Elvis Hoxha, adviser to Prime Minister Albin Kurti, reacted to the statement of the American MP for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, that the ZSO will be formed, stating that "the Prime Minister was elected by the people and does not listen to the MP." Reporters call.

"The prime minister is elected by the people. Someone appoints an MP. "The people do not obey the MP," Hoxha wrote on Facebook.

Hoxha said that Escobar thinks he can set conditions for the Kosovo prime minister.

"Escobar assured us about two issues: - Kosovo should enter into a dialogue for the normalization of relations with Serbia, but I, Escobar, the MP, can set conditions for the elected prime minister. I guarantee you that there will be no Republika Srpska, just excuse me while I go to say goodbye to Dodik," Hoxha said ironically.

Escobar said Washington stands with the people of Kosovo, but added that it does not support an individual who has "no instinct for cooperation" - referring to Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti.

"We see that decisions are made despite our partnership and this is a signal for us - we cannot accept this. Therefore, at a moment, when we want to renew the coordination and partnership with this Government, we are ready, because we will always be with the people of Kosovo. It does not mean that we should support an individual who does not have that instinct for cooperation and coordination," Escobar said at the meeting with selected journalists at the American embassy in Pristina.
