EU Council: Extended list of countries whose nationals do not have travel restrictions

The Council of the EU has announced that it has decided to expand the list of countries for which travel restrictions are lifted.

The expanded list includes Albania, Australia, Israel, Japan, Lebanon, New Zealand, Northern Macedonia, Rwanda, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand and the United States. The list will be reviewed every two weeks.

The Council of the EU has previously recommended that entry be granted to foreigners vaccinated with an EU or WHO-approved immunization vaccine at least 14 days in advance. EU countries reserve the right to renew restrictions abruptly if necessary.
