A serious traffic accident happened early this morning on the highway Shtip - Miladinovci near the settlement Tri Cesmi.

According to initial information, one person died in the accident.

The spokesperson of SVR Stip Gordana Panayotova confirms for MIA that the accident happened between a truck and a car.

At the moment, teams of the Emergency Medical Service, the Fire Department and the Police are at the scene of the accident, after which an investigation will be carried out into the causes of the accident.

AMSM reported that traffic on the Shtip - Miladinovci highway is suspended.
