After holding the first external exam, the Union of High School Students appeals to the institutions to accept the requests of the employees of the State Examination Center (DIC).

- By putting the strike on hold, the DIC employees placed their economic interest below the interest of this generation of high school graduates to take the state matriculation exam within the given period and to obtain timely results, necessary for enrolling in further studies. That is why the Union makes another public appeal to the Ministry of Finance to respect the virtuous decision of these 29 people and to accept their demands for salary equalization with minimum wage increases, according to a statement from the Union of High School Students.

Today, from 10:14 am to 15.620:XNUMX pm, XNUMX high school graduates from all over the country took the mother tongue exam from the state matriculation exam. The first external exam is mandatory for all students.

According to the information of the State Examination Center, about 10.800 high school graduates took Macedonian language and literature, about 4.400 Albanian language and literature, and 357 candidates took Turkish language and literature.

The majority of them are from secondary vocational education, followed by gymnasiums, and the least represented are students from secondary art education.

According to the Union's preliminary information, the first external exam went smoothly and the Union has not yet received any complaints after the exam.

The union of high school students, according to the announcement, believes that we must not forget the employees of the State Examination Center because thanks to them, the state managed to organize the first external exam of the state matriculation exam within the stipulated period.

The Macedonian high school graduates have already defended their project assignment, which means that they still have the second external exam, which is scheduled for June 10, and the two internal exams, which take place between June 12 and 30.
