There is no quarantine for the Parliament due to the coronavirus, Sloboden Pecat has learned. The decision was made by members of the parliamentary presidency, who discussed how to keep the legislature afloat. The possibility of quarantine was announced by the parliamentary speaker Talat Xhaferi at last night's 32nd session, which ended without a vote, when he announced that there are three MPs infected with coronavirus.

For now, the presidency says that the 36th session should continue, but it is not known when. The ruling majority says that they expect the session today (Friday), after Speaker Xhaferi will consult with the opposition. The Sorani Assembly additionally expects the outcome of the meeting of the Prime Minister Zoran Zaev with the leaders of the Alliance and Alternative, Zijadin Sela and Afrim Gashi, ie whether a joint solution will be found for the stateless citizens. According to unofficial information, in addition to support for the fifth set of economic measures, AA / A will be required to support other laws that are blocked in Parliament.

The parliamentary speaker failed to start the 36th session, on the agenda of which are the anti-crisis laws from the fifth set of economic measures. VMRO-DPMNE left the parliamentary session when the laws were to be voted, among which was the National Strategy for Fight against Corruption 2021 - 2025.

About yesterday's incident at the session when the coordinator of the parliamentary group of VMRO-DPMNE Nikola Micevski prevented the MP Daniela Markovska from SDSM to speak, while insulting her, because of which the speaker called the parliamentary security, SDSM came out with the position that VMRO-DPMNE and "It can no longer leave the regime, a violent matrix."

"Yesterday in the Parliament we witnessed violence, physical and verbal harassment against a colleague at her workplace. Publicly in front of the whole public, the coordinator of VMRO-DPMNE Nikola Micevski shamelessly violated the intimate space of the MP Daniela Markovska. Micevski dared to silence a member of parliament, to endanger her freedom of speech in the parliament hall, in what is a temple of democracy. With his behavior, Micevski confirmed that he is part of the regime's violent matrix of VMRO-DPMNE. "It is the matrix that forcibly expelled journalists and MPs from the plenary hall on Black Monday in 2012, the same matrix that stood behind the violent incursion on April 27." writes in the announcement of SDSM.

So far, there is no information from the presidency on which day the speaker will schedule the session in order to vote on the assistance for salaries of over 20.000 workers, but also for the one-time assistance of 6.000 denars for the same number of citizens.
