The company that we all already recognize as an eco-company, dm drugstore markt, today proudly announced the continuation of the third year of the eco-project "We reforest together for a greener tomorrow"! The drugstore chain started this project in 2022, and through its activities so far, it has planted about 60.000 new seedlings. By the end of this afforestation season, the company will reach the jubilee number of 100.000 planted trees.

The new cycle of the project "We reforest together for a greener tomorrow" officially started today, with an action in which more than 300 new seedlings were planted in "Rajski Park" in Skopje - Fr. Airport. In a positive atmosphere full of enthusiasm, wonderful friendship and joint eco action, the company once again emphasized the importance of afforestation and directly demonstrated its commitment to the preservation and restoration of green areas in the country. The action included company employees, volunteers from several associations, institutional partners, as well as media and influencers who showed their eco-awareness and gave their support.

For the project "We reforest together for a greener tomorrow", for this year the company dm drugstore markt allocated more than 1.200.000 denars donation, in the form of the purchase of seedlings and technical equipment.

The activities within this project will continue this year in just a few days with the horticultural arrangement of the courtyards of the "Slavejko Arsov" Elementary School and the "Sunchogledi" kindergarten in Shtip, and on November 24, together with all of us, another mass afforestation will be realized. near the "Mladost" lake in Veles, on an area that was recently affected by a fire. During the planting, employees from the dm company will participate voluntarily, but the goal is to join the project as many environmentally conscious citizens, institutions and organizations as possible, with whom together 18 hectares of new green areas will be reforested.
