Sweet weekend: Chocolate cake with Oreo cookies

The combination of dark chocolate and the popular Oreo cookies make this cake a favorite of many generations. Interesting texture and intense taste that will satisfy your sweet tooth at the first bite.
Ingredients needed:
– 400 grams of Oreo cookies
- 125 grams of melted butter
- 200 grams of dark chocolate
- 175 grams of butter
- 4 eggs
– 175 grams of brown sugar
– 200 milliliters of sweet cream
Method of preparation:
Heat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a baking dish with a removable bottom. Make sure this container has high walls. To make the base, pulse the Oreo cookies in a food processor until they become small crumbs, then add the melted butter. Place the mixture in the prepared container and let it sit in the refrigerator.
To make the filling, melt the chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water. Stir occasionally until they are fully combined. Meanwhile, beat the eggs and brown sugar together for about 5 minutes or until light and creamy. Once you're done, carefully pour the egg mixture into the chocolate mixture and finally add the sweet cream.
Pour this mixture over the Oreo base and place the dish in the oven for about 35-40 minutes. Allow the cake to cool completely before removing from the pan and decorating, then store in the refrigerator.
Good appetite!
