Ingredients:

- 2,5 cups of flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
– 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 150 grams of coconut
- 300 ml of milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 75 grams of butter

Preparation:

1. Add baking powder, powdered sugar, cinnamon and coconut to the sifted flour and mix all the ingredients well.

2. Put the eggs in another bowl, beat them well, add the milk and vanilla sugar, then slowly add the dry mixture for the bread. Beat the dough additive well, melt the butter, and finally add it to the mixture. It is important that the mass is well combined.

3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking tray.
