A man from Skopje hit his neighbor in the head with a metal hammer and threatened his life
A resident of Skopje is suspected of causing serious bodily injury to a neighbor in the Ilinden neighborhood. For the 37-year-old man, the public prosecutor from the Skopje Public Prosecutor's Office issued an order to conduct an investigative procedure. On September 24, in the Ilinden neighborhood of Skopje, the suspect intentionally seriously injured a neighbor during an argument due to previously unresolved mutual relations. He hit the victim, a 49-year-old man in the head with a metal hammer, causing a fracture that put his life in danger.
The public prosecutor proposed to the court to determine precautionary measures for the suspect - a ban on leaving the residence, confiscation of the passport, an obligation to appear in court and a ban on approaching and establishing contact with the victim.
