Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's eldest son, 19-year-old Maddox Jolie Pitt, testified against his father during a long battle over custody of the former couple's children.

"Maddox, as an adult, had already testified in the ongoing custody dispute and was not very flattering to Brad." announced the source exclusively for "US Weekly".

"He does not use the surname Pete on his documents, only Jolie, which is not legal. "Maddox wants to legally change her last name to Jolie, but Angelina says she does not support it.", added the source.

Angelina filed last Friday new evidence in the court in which Pete accuses him of domestic violence. The documents state that the actress and their children, Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh and twins Knox and Vivienne, are prepared to offer evidence in support of the allegations against Brad Pitt.
