Siljanovska-Davkova: I have nothing against an Albanian prime minister, but the law should be respected
The professor and MP of VMRO-DPMNE, Gordana Siljanovska Davkova, tonight in a guest appearance on TV21 stressed that there is nothing against the country having an Albanian Prime Minister, but also that the law should be respected.
"I do not know what they agreed on, I am a legalist. "The law must be re-read by everyone. The law on the government, that change and it says that 100 days before the elections, the candidate for prime minister is proposed by the ruling party that has the most MPs, so they should keep that in mind, if they plan to make a change again." said Siljanovska-Davkova.
She pointed out that there are excellent Albanian ministers, as well as MPs, and especially MPs.
"They are far better than the Albanian MPs, more noticeable than DUI, the Alliance as well," added Siljanovska-Davkova.
Asked whether a 100-year-old technical government was needed before each election, she said it was an "invention" specific to our political system.
"There are technical governments in many countries, they do not look like our governments. Technical government by definition means expert government, most often they are top bureaucrats but the bureaucracy is neutral, professional and competent. We have some inventions because we are a "miracle" that should stop once, but we should become standard, these are people who need to conduct elections independently, objectively according to the Constitution and laws. "Nonsense like the additional minister with the right of meto / veto and the like is a Przin invention," said Siljanovska-Davkova.
