What she does today: Ivana Stamenkovska, yoga instructor
To stay and be yourself in a world that constantly wants to change you is a huge privilege, says the young and talented Ivana Stamenkovska.
Although young, she is an inspiration to many girls and women. He has an impressive number of almost 30.000 followers on Instagram.
She started practicing yoga professionally four years ago and since then she has been trying with great dedication to transfer her knowledge and skills.
By the way, Ivana has two professions, which are also two of her great loves.
The first is a veterinarian, and the second - a yoga instructor, a profession that people recognize more because of the number of followers and the content she posts on her profiles on social networks. Ivana prefers to keep the two professions apart.
Although in our country people often say that yoga is a hobby or occupation,
Ivana does not agree with that, due to the fact that she knows best how much she invests in what she does and always makes sure that it is scientifically correct and transmits knowledge.
The talented Ivana told what her everyday life looks like…
"My mornings start with a cup of double espresso. I would not trade coffee for anything in the world especially since I am a huge fan of good coffee.
On some days I do yoga in the morning. I am very happy when people exercise in the morning. I know how challenging it is and it requires a lot of discipline. On other days I exercise alone.
Once I take a shower and prepare my meals, the day can officially begin.
My day here is in an interesting mess. Working in a hospital is always interesting to me. We work with many patients and face a variety of cases, but I can not complain, because there is nothing better than patients being your animals. My time here passes too fast, and I have to brag that I have great colleagues, who further enhance my day, regardless of the circumstances in which we find ourselves.
In the evening I always practice yoga classes. I love the feeling when I walk into a studio and all the worries of the day evaporate. I am very grateful to the students who attend my classes. They are all different and their own, with different life stories, but they are all united and happy.
I end the day very tired, but full and happy, with the thought that I would not change anything from the past day. "Okay, maybe I would like to have an extra 2 hours (laughs), but I supplement the vacation with my loved ones on the weekends."
