Vitamin salad with eggs

Ingredients:

4 eggs

2 heads lettuce

1 bunch of radishes

1 pepper

1 cucumber

1 tomato

Preparation:

Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes and peel them. Wash the lettuce and tear it, peel the radishes and cut them into leaves, peel the peppers, cut them into noodles and wash and slice the cucumber, then cut them into semicircles. Mix the vegetables in a deep bowl and season. In a separate bowl, combine the mustard, vinegar and oil and pour over the salad. Garnish the salad with pieces of boiled eggs and tomatoes.

Honey wheat

 

Ingredients:

100 g of wheat

100 g of honey

100 g of cranberry

80 g of crushed walnuts

800 ml of cherry juice

 

Preparation:

Wash the wheat, put it in a pot, pour water over it and cook for about 20 minutes. After that, cover it, and let it stand for a few hours, until it absorbs all the liquids and the grain does not swell. Put the grain in bowls and sprinkle with cranberries. Melt the honey in a pan, add the chopped walnuts, then pour over the wheat and cranberries. Serve cherry juice as a complement to breakfast.

Omelette with oyster mushrooms

 

Ingredients:

4 eggs

4 egg whites

1 tablespoon olive oil

200 g oyster mushrooms

200 g sherry tomatoes
