Shilegov: Experts claim that pollution in Skopje is enormously reduced

The current and SDSM candidate for mayor of Skopje, Petre Shilegov said tonight that expert analyzes and figures claim that air pollution has been enormously reduced.

"This does not mean that the battle or war with pollution is over, but we have won many battles," Shilegov said.

He pointed out that in this term they managed to build the secondary gas pipeline network and informed that the conditions for tertiary gasification have been created, ie. bringing natural gas to every home.

- The important moment happened to close the gas pipeline ring around our city, the procedure in the Government at the central level is underway because there are competencies, for Public Private Partnership for tertiary gasification getting the gas pipeline to every home where the City is part of the public private partnership Skopje, said Shilegov.
