Disney bosses are struggling with the young actress who plays Snow White in the new film

Rachel Zegler, a young American actress and singer with Colombian-Polish roots, plays Snow White in the new version of the classic fairy tale, and her behavior has gotten Disney into huge trouble.

Her rise in Hollywood began with the role of Maria in Spielberg's adaptation of the legendary musical "West Side Story."

Her next big project is the role of Snow White in Disney's adaptation of the 1937 animated classic. The film, in which Gal Gadot plays the evil queen, has been making headlines these days because, as it is written, Disney bosses don't know how to rein in Rachel Ziegler's behavior, who doesn't give up her strong opinions.

Namely, the young actress made a series of comments criticizing the original 1937 classic for its "sexist" traditional love plot and "old" love story.

"The Disney star is out of control. They don't know what to do with her. She's a very outspoken 20-year-old girl, and Disney executives have directly asked her to tone down her statements and posts. They've been calling her managers, but she wouldn't listen. It's been like that throughout the entire shoot. But it's disturbing to see her views being linked to Snow White," a source told Page Six.

The film was also written about due to the divided political views of the two main actresses, Gal Gadot who supports her country Israel, while Rachel Zegler sides with Palestine.

Rachel Zegler's casting as Snow White also sparked controversy. Some viewers expressed disapproval because Zegler, an actress of Colombian descent, was playing a character traditionally described as "snow-white." Zegler responded to the criticism by emphasizing the importance of diversity and representation in the film industry, and emphasized how proud she was to represent the Latina community as a "Latina princess."

Born on May 3, 2001 in Hackensack, New Jersey, Rachel Ann Zegler showed a passion for acting and singing from an early age.

Magazines such as Forbes, Time, and Variety have recognized her influence, including her on their lists of the most influential young people. Zegler is an active advocate for diversity and inclusion, emphasizing the importance of authentic representation of Latinos in the entertainment industry.
