As announced by the MFA, as part of her first visit to the country, Minister Berbok will hold meetings with the parliamentary Committee on Foreign Policy, as well as with representatives of the opposition parties.

The talks between the two ministers, as announced, will focus on the country's accession process to the EU, among other things, on the upcoming constitutional amendments, as our commitment to continue the negotiation process with the Union. The topics of conversation will be the bilateral relations between the two countries with an emphasis on the rich economic cooperation, our chairmanship of the OSCE and the cooperation within the NATO Alliance in light of the shaky European security architecture.

- The visit of the German minister Berbock is interpreted as a clear signal of the Federal Republic of Germany about the interest of the German foreign policy in the direction of overall support for our country and our European integration process, especially in the year in which we celebrate a significant anniversary - 30 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations with friendly Germany, says the statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Earlier today, the German MFA announced about Berbok's visit to Skopje that the main focus of the talks will be on the country's accession to the EU, and especially the need for constitutional amendments as a necessary step towards the Union.
