Colorful, soft and delicious: Omelet muffins that are prepared in 15 minutes!

If you are a fan of eggs, and you are tired of the classic omelette or the classic frying "by eye", make omelet muffins, in which you can add whatever you want.

They are easy to prepare, and everyone will adore them - both adults and children.

Ingredients:

4 eggs
100 ml of milk
two tablespoons of flour
vegetables on request: peppers, onions, zucchini, carrots, tomatoes
a little oil
salt, pepper
If you want, you can add cheese, yellow cheese, ham, bacon.

Preparation:

In a deeper bowl, whisk eggs, flour, milk and salt with a mixer.
Chop the vegetables as small as you can and fry them in a little oil for a few minutes, and cut the delicacies and cheese into cubes.
Grease the muffin tin and put the mixture you have prepared in each one, including the fried vegetables.
Then, pour the egg mixture over each mold and grate the yellow cheese on top.
Place the muffins in a preheated oven at 200 degrees to bake for about 15 minutes.
