The Council of the Municipality of Centar At the last session, it agreed to expand the activity of the PE "Parking lots of the Municipality of Center", so as it was announced a few months ago, in the future the company will take care of public hygiene on the streets and public spaces in the municipality. Now, after the adopted Decision of the Council, the procedure for taking over the hygienists from the Municipality and for completing the activity will start.

Advisors from "Chance for Center" who supported this proposal, say that they do not forget about the accepted proposal with the expanded activity to form a sector that will take care of maintenance and permanent repairs of urban equipment which will ensure greater durability and correctness, and will reduce the costs of The municipality for permanent procurement of new props.

"Chance for the Center" in December 2021 proposed an amendment with a proposal for the Municipality to establish a service of three masters who will be responsible for continuous monitoring and repair of all urban equipment of the municipality. They should be engaged for the final release of all "captured" trees in the municipality, which are estimated to be from 300 to 400 adult trees. However, this amendment was rejected, but the possibility was accepted to become a reality through POC - explained by the Initiative.

They add that damaged equipment can be seen everywhere on children's and sports playgrounds, benches, tiles, poles, waste bins, planters, which have not been repaired for years.
