The Minister of Information Society and Administration Jeton Shaqiri and the Deputy Prime Minister for Fight against Corruption and Crime, Sustainable Development and Human Resources Ljupчоo Nikolovski met today with the President of the State Commission for Prevention of Corruption (SCPC) Biljana Ivanovska.

According to the Ministry of Information Society and Administration, the purpose of today's meeting was to present to this commission the amendments and new laws for senior management service, public sector employees and the Law on Administrative Servants in order to meet the recommendations of the project "Assessment on the vulnerability to corruption in employment policies and procedures, with a particular focus on nepotism, clientelism and cronyism ”. This is the 13th measure of the government's Anti-Corruption Plan.

Minister Shaqiri confirmed at the meeting that all recommendations are implemented in the amendments to the laws, already established in ENER, for administrative officials, employees in the public sector and the law on senior management, which change the procedure for employment, promotion and mobility in the public sector.

-These laws directly affect the complete depoliticization of the state administration and lay the foundations of values and meritocracy to reach the job or promotion. We are determined to complete these reforms, said Minister Shaqiri at the meeting in the SCPC.
