A woman is suing RnB singer Chris Brown for $ 20 million, saying he drugged and raped her on a yacht.

The woman, who is being sued under the pseudonym Jane Doe, claims that the attack took place on a yacht moored at the home of rapper Pi Diddy in Miami, whose real name is Sean J. Combs, on December 30, 2020, the lawsuit says.

It is not entirely clear to whom the yacht belonged.

The lawsuit alleges that the woman was invited to the yacht by an unidentified male friend, who was dating Combs and Brown, with whom she spoke on FaceTime during a visit to Miami.

The woman, who said she was a professional choreographer, dancer, model and musician from Los Angeles, claimed that Brown had grabbed the phone from her friend and said that "he heard about her music and called her to go to Didi's home on Star Island which is "as soon as possible," the lawsuit states.

After boarding the yacht, the lawsuit alleges that Brown offered the woman a mixed drink in the kitchen and "gave her advice on starting a career in the music industry," the lawsuit said.

After Brown filled the woman's drink for the second time, she said she "began to feel a sudden, unexplained change in consciousness," the lawsuit said.

She began to feel "disoriented" and "physically unstable", and a few moments later Brown led her down the hall to an empty bedroom on the yacht.

The woman, who was wearing only a bikini, tried to leave, but Brown stopped her, threw her on the bed and started kissing her.

Brown "ignored plaintiff Jane Doe's request to stop" while raping the singer, according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit alleges that Brown ejaculated in her, jumped and announced that he was "ready". The woman said Brown sent her a message the next day saying he was "very faded" and could not remember whether he ejaculated or not. He then "asked" her to take emergency contraception, which she did.

The woman saw Brown twice more last summer after he invited her to his home studio in Tarzana, California, to listen to new music. During the second visit, Brown asked her if she wanted to go to his bedroom again, but when she refused, he "became loud and furious" in front of everyone, saying "she will never succeed as an artist" unless she is ready. to do what is "necessary", the lawsuit says.

The woman is seeking $ 20 million in damages in addition to criminal damages and legal fees.

"I hope you all notice this pattern," Brown responded to his Instagram posts on Thursday, adding a blue hat emoji that often meant lying. He added that whenever he releases new music, "THEY" try to extract real nonsense.

Brown is due to release his 10th album, "Breezy," later this year.
