Convicted businessman Sead Kocan, owner of the Transmet company, testified today in the prosecution process known as "Titanic". This morning, Kocan was escorted from the Idrizovo prison, where he is serving a 4,8-year prison sentence to testify in the Titanic case.

According to the indictment, "Tansmet" participated in the payment of the equipment and advertising material of VMRO-DPMNE in the election campaign for 2011.

- In 2011 I was the manager of the company "Transmet". This company was not a donor to the VMRO-DPMNE party. I do not remember, but I think that I personally did not donate to any party - said Kocan.

Witness Zdravko Kochishki, an employee of DVD5, told the court council that his company was renting equipment for events, concerts and receptions.

- As far as I remember, we rented a smaller part of the equipment for VMRO-DPMNE, and a larger part for SDSM. In our company we make from 150 to 170 invoices per year. The company has 20 employees, and when there are bigger events we hire freelancers - said Zdravko Kochishki.

He said that it was not exactly how he was paid by VMRO-DPMNE for the rented equipment in 2011 because he did not remember the buffet and a lot of time passed.

- According to the analyzes we made in the company, I have not given an invoice to VMRO-DPMNE. I invoiced where Login Kochishki gave me instructions. Unfortunately, I did not invoice them, but I guess I called on the phone for which company to make an invoice to pay us. "While checking our documentation, we saw that we had invoiced to Transmet," the witness said.

In the "Titanic" case, Nikola Gruevski, Gordana Jankuloska, Martin Protugjer are accused of criminal association, violation of the right to vote, violation of the freedom of choice of voters, bribery during elections and voting, destruction of election material and misuse of funds for financing the election campaign. , Kiril Bozinovski, Mile Janakieski, Biljana Brishkoska-Boskovski, Ilija Dimovski, Munir Pepic, Edmond Temelko, Leko Ristovski, Kiril Todorovski, Katerina Velovska, Stanko Korunovski, Kosta Markovski, Dragce Dragceski, Marjan Nakhevski, Marjan Nakhevski, Goan , Dalibor Aleskovic and Lenka Rasajkovska.
