The mayor of the City of Skopje, Danela Arsovska, and the director of PE "Streets and Roads", Said Said, performed inspection of the final phase of the construction of 26 streets in the municipality of Gjorce Petrov with a total area of 16.000 square meters.

- We are talking about streets that have not been paved before, that is, they are being paved for the first time at the request of the citizens in order to get the streets and conditions they deserve. In the final phase, the construction of streets in Stopanski Dvor was approached, thus completing the construction project in five settlements in this municipality, namely in Volkovo, Kisela Jabuka, Dame Gruev, Novo Selo and Stopanski Dvor, where road infrastructure was built in length of five kilometers. We are working to ensure suitable conditions for everyone, it is a program determination in Skopje not to allow without adequate development to be part of the settlements that have been forgotten until now, and we are improving that image with the construction offensive, for balanced development in the urban and rural part of Skopje - says Arsovska.

The director of JP Streets and Roads, Said Said, pointed out at the inspection that work has already begun on the preparation of asphalting of the streets, which are part of the final phase of the project, with the excavation of ridge asphalt, the installation of a buffer layer and the approach to asphalting with a new asphalt mass, which will improve the living conditions of the citizens who live here, and will also affect the improvement of traffic safety.
