"Having previously purchased gasoline in plastic bottles from a gas station in Kumanovo, he deliberately caused fires in several locations in Kumanovo, where he set fire to three passenger motor vehicles and one object - a photocopier located in a residential building," the Prosecutor's Office said.
"The motives for committing the crime are being investigated, but it is ruled out that inter-ethnic intolerance was the reason. The evidence so far does not indicate the involvement of other persons. "The public prosecutor submitted to the judge of the preliminary procedure of the Basic Court in Kumanovo tonight a proposal for determining a measure of detention for the suspect, due to the risk of escape and the possibility of repeating the crime", added the OJO.
