The head coach of the women's handball national team of Macedonia under 18, Ljubomir Savevski, took the blame for today's 34:21 defeat by Germany at the World Championship being played in Skopje.

After the defeat by Iceland on Friday, the women's handball players did not give their best today, and the fatigue from the previous matches took its toll, and Savevski's team will play tomorrow against Croatia for the 11th position in the WC.

- I take the blame and responsibility for today's defeat and the way we played this match. We burned out in the previous matches, we were too worn out and today we were not at the required level. We wanted the placement in the quarterfinals too much and played only on that card. I took a risk, few players carried the load, but that was the price I was willing to pay to reach the quarterfinals. Too bad we didn't make it. We spent too much strength and energy for that ranking and today it was reflected in our game - said Savevski.
