Sanctioned 164 drivers in Skopje, 94 for speeding
The Ministry of Interior yesterday (14.08.2022) continued with the intensified action controls in the field of traffic.
In the territory of the city of Skopje, a total of 164 measures were imposed, including 94 sanctions for driving more than the permitted speed, 10 measures for driving without a driver's license, six sanctions for offenses committed by motorcycle drivers.
Seven measures were imposed for using a mobile phone, six sanctions for driving under the influence of alcohol, six measures for a novice driver.
Intensified action controls continue. We appeal to the citizens to respect the traffic rules and regulations in order to increase the traffic safety and together to contribute to safer roads.
