Sanctioned 144 drivers in Skopje, 39 for speeding
The Ministry The Ministry of Internal Affairs announced that during yesterday they continued with the intensified action controls in the area of traffic.
A total of 144 measures were imposed on the territory of the city of Skopje, including 39 sanctions for driving more than the allowed speed, 19 measures for driving under the influence of alcohol, 16 sanctions for driving without a driver's license, seven for a novice driver, four offenses committed by drivers on motorcycles.
The intensified action controls continue in the coming days. We appeal to the citizens to respect the traffic rules and regulations in order to increase the traffic safety and together to contribute to safer roads, said the Ministry of Interior.
