A trend for an increase in covid-infected persons is starting, and therefore the Ministry of Health, in addition to monitoring the situation, will also make public calls to the public for increased vigilance and care for health, said the Minister of Health, Bekim Sali.

Minister Sally pointed out that if the time comes for restrictive activities, isolation and vaccination, the Ministry of Health will send invitations to the public to respect the measures.

-At this moment in the country we have at our disposal 480.000 vaccines with a shelf life until the end of the year and that is why I call on the citizens to turn to the vaccination points across the country and to be vaccinated or to acquire immunity. We expect that with the increased movement of citizens there will be an accelerated spread of the virus, ie that today 190 cases of covidium are infected, maybe in a week it will be 1.000 infected and therefore everyone needs to be protected, said Minister Sally.

The Ministry of Health expects the citizens to accept all appeals for raising awareness, and in case of an increased number of cases of infected people, restrictive measures will be applied.
