USA: Russia is "actively seeking" more weapons from North Korea

The White House said today that Russia is continuing to seek arms from North Korea for its war in Ukraine, after Pyongyang already sent artillery ammunition to the Wagner group fighting on the frontline.
"We have new information that Russia is actively seeking to acquire additional munitions from North Korea," White House spokesman John Kirby said.
The US Treasury has blacklisted a Slovakian who acted as an intermediary in such deals.
By the way, the first of the 14 "Challenger 2" tanks, which Britain is supposed to send to Ukraine, has arrived at its destination, the Ukrainian Minister of Defense said today. Alexey Reznikov.
He said that they will also receive 18 German Leopard 2 tanks soon.
Reznikov reminded that the delivery of 31 "M1 Abrams" tanks was announced from the USA.
Challenger 2 holds the record for the longest target hit - it happened during the Gulf War in 1991 when it destroyed an Iraqi vehicle at a distance of 4,7 km.
