The Russian ambassador to the UN has threatened if the West allows Ukraine to attack Russian territory
Russia's ambassador to the United Nations, Vasily Nebenzya, told the Security Council that if the West allows Ukraine to carry out strikes deep into Russian territory, then NATO countries "will be at direct war with Russia."
He emphasized before the UN Security Council that "the facts are that NATO will be a direct participant in military actions against a nuclear power, I think you should not forget about that and think about the consequences."
- If the decision to lift the restrictions is really made or will be made, it will mean that from this moment the NATO countries start a direct war with Russia. In this case, of course, we will be forced to make the appropriate decisions with all the consequences so that the Western aggressors will not be able to avoid responsibility and shift the blame to Kiev, Nebenzya pointed out.
The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, said yesterday that if the West allows Ukraine to launch long-range missile attacks on Russian territory, it would mean that "NATO countries are at war with Russia."
- If this decision is made, it would mean the direct involvement of NATO countries in the war in Ukraine and that would change the nature of the conflict, Putin pointed out yesterday.
