Russia accuses Ukraine of trying to sabotage Trump-Putin deal
The Russian Defense Ministry has accused Ukraine of trying to sabotage the agreement reached by Russian and US presidents Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump on a temporary halt to attacks on energy infrastructure after it deliberately attacked an oil depot in the Krasnodar region overnight, world agencies reported.

The Russian ministry said in a statement that the Ukrainian attack was carried out several hours after a conversation between Presidents Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump, in which they agreed that Russia and Ukraine would temporarily stop attacking energy infrastructure facilities.
Last night's attack by a Ukrainian drone caused a fire at an oil base near the village of Kavkazskaya in the Krasnodar region, Russian regional authorities announced earlier.
"It is clear that this is a new provocation, specially prepared by the Kiev regime, aimed at thwarting the peace initiatives of the US president," the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.
