Russia is setting up a major new ground force formation to support its operations in Ukraine, Britain's Ministry of Defense announced.

This unit, called the Third Army Corps, is located in the town of Mulino, east of Moscow.

The British intelligence report added that Russian commanders still had "competing operational priorities", strengthening the offensive in Ukraine's eastern Donbas region, as well as strengthening defenses against counterattacks by Ukrainian forces in the south of the country.
