Since early morning, the Kosovo police have been implementing the order of the court and the prosecutor's office in Uroševac to search several locations in Štrpce.

Prosecutor Rasim Maljoku confirmed the news about Kalkso, reports KoSSev.

"This action is not directly related to illegal construction in Brezovica, but refers to some of those arrested in Brezovica, because one of them, the former mayor Bratislav Nikolic, is also the coordinator of illegal construction. These structures operated security cameras that monitored the movement of citizens and public institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, and this information was forwarded to the security structures in Serbia," he said.

Maljoku stressed that the raid was carried out in four locations.

"A raid is underway at four locations and the security cameras are being removed from them. These illegal structures are against the legal and constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo and have elements of the crime of "association for unconstitutional activity related to espionage," Maljoku told Kalkso.
The office for Kosovo and Metohija announced that the incursion of the Kosovo special forces aims at new intimidation and harassment of the Serbs in this municipality.

The members of the special unit of the Kosovo police "again chose to attack Štrpce on a big holiday, considering that today the glory of the village is Saint John and the big fair in Štrpce when a large number of locals gather".

"Although the units from Pristina know very well that the cameras, which were legally installed almost ten years ago, have long been out of order, and they checked this on several occasions in the previous days, this served as an excuse to attack Štrpce again, to harass him the people who cannot function normally", the statement said.
