VIDEO: Recipe by nutritionist Cveta Dineva to increase immunity in the fight against Covid-19

Nutritionist Cveta Dineva today at a morning briefing talked about the benefits of healthy food in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic.

-Although almost everyone knows that they must take a large dose of vitamin C on a daily basis, almost no one knows that if it is not hydrated enough, it will not bind to the body. Water, fresh vegetables and fruits are not just vitamins, but living food that vibrates under a microscope. It is necessary for everyone to consume that energy on a daily basis in order to remain immune to the coronavirus. An excellent drink that you can prepare is: 1 tablespoon of vitamin C powder, half a teaspoon of baking soda and a little water. After boiling, add a tablespoon of linseed oil or cold pressed olive oil. Add a pinch of ginger and turmeric powder. Add squeezed lemon and orange juice to the glass and a little more water. This drink provides 3 grams of sodium ascorbate or vitamin C in mineral form, something that will not accidentally have a negative effect on the stomach of the one who consumes it, says nutritionist Cveta Dineva.

This juice is enough to consume for three weeks and take a break for a week. A, to improve immunity it is mandatory to drink 5 quail eggs a day for adults and two eggs for children.

-There is a way to cleanse the body of overeating during the holidays. There must be a predominance of fresh food throughout the day, enough water and vitamin C obtained from naturally squeezed juices, as well as fresh fruit porridge. To be without meat and dairy products for at least two or three days, and it is allowed to eat chestnuts and pumpkin at this time of year. It is nice to drink St. John's wort and mint tea, and not to overdo it with parsley tea, says nutritionist Cveta Dineva.

She emphasizes that it is necessary to increase the presence of probiotic bacteria in the intestines, and for that the more cellulose fibers that are found in vegetables, such as celery and stalks.
