A recipe for a roll with coconut and crushed biscuits, it is easy to prepare and the taste is fantastic

First you will be attracted by the appearance, and then you will be won over by the taste of this delicacy. You can serve the roll for breakfast or with tea or coffee, and enjoy this wonderful dessert.

Ingredients:

- 200 grams of margarine
- 200 grams of sugar
- 50 grams of chocolate
- 350 grams of crushed biscuits
– 1 bag of instant coffee mixed with 15 tablespoons of hot water
– 100 grams of powdered sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 150 grams of coconut

Preparation:

For the darker part:

Beat 50 grams of margarine with sugar and grated chocolate. Add the crushed biscuits topped with coffee. Combine the mixture, then shape it into a rectangle on the cellophane.

For the lighter part:

Beat the remaining margarine with powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and coconut flour. Spread the obtained mass with the rectangular darker mixture and wrap it with the cellophane.

Leave in the fridge to set.
