
Recipe for baked potatoes with milk: An economical, healthy and delicious meal
Many people love potatoes, and because of their neutral flavor, they can easily be adapted as a side dish to a variety of recipes. If you have no idea what to make for lunch, try this recipe.

Ingredients:
– four large potatoes
- 50 grams of butter
- two eggs
– two deciliters of milk
- a little oil
– spices (salt, pepper)
Preparation:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into rings. Add salt and pepper to the oil, and you can also add some other spices like garlic granules or a potato seasoning mix.
Pour the spices over the potatoes, mix and place in a baking dish. Add a little water and then add pieces of chopped butter. The potatoes should be baked in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for about half an hour.
While the potatoes are baking, beat the eggs and milk. When the potatoes are done baking, pour the beaten eggs and milk over them and return them to the oven to bake. Serve while still warm.
