Zucchini Potage Recipe: It will fill your body with energy

After loading the body with strong, fatty foods, we need to consume lighter foods to bring it into balance. Especially in summer, when it is recommended to eat lighter food.

One of the best ways to do that is soups, stews and stews.

The word potage comes from the French word potage (pottage), which in translation means a thick soup, a stew of various vegetables with dough additions. It is a French dish with many types of green and other vegetables.


- 2 large zucchini
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 carrots
- 1 potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
– a little cooking cream


Peel the zucchini and cut them into smaller pieces, do the same with the carrot, onion and potato, then put them in a pot to cook together.

Even if they are not completely soft and cooked, as soon as they start to boil, you can take them out of the pot and put them aside to cool. When they cool, put them in a blender with a little water and blend.

Return the blended vegetables to the water in the pot and let it boil. When it starts to boil, pour in as much cooking cream as you want the potage to be thick.

Turn off the hotplate and you can serve.
