The festive period is approaching, so we know that you have a difficult task to prepare the New Year and Christmas table. Don't panic, at least as far as the dessert is concerned, because in just 20 minutes you will get the most beautiful dessert. Surprise your guests with the simplest, but also the most delicious bayaders. No baking or mixer, quick and easy!

All you need for this dessert is:

- 2 dl of water
- 550 g of sugar
- 300 g of crushed walnuts
- 300 g of crushed biscuits
- 250 g butter
- 100 g of cooking chocolate

For glaze:

- 150 g of cooking chocolate
– 2 small spoons of oil

Put the water and sugar in a saucepan until they are heated and until the sugar is completely dissolved over low heat. Then add the butter to it to melt. When the butter is completely melted, add the walnuts and crushed biscuits, stirring constantly until you get a smooth mixture.

Divide the resulting mixture into two equal parts.

In the first part of the mixture, add the chocolate that you previously melted in steam, and in the second part you can add a little rum if you wish.

Put baking paper in another bowl and then transfer the first part of the mixture (the one with chocolate) and smooth the top part with a knife. In the same way, put the other mixture on top of the first layer.

Melt the rest of the chocolate in steam and add a little oil to it to make a glaze and then pour the bayadera over it.

Put the bayadera in the refrigerator so that it hardens well and serve it the next day.
