Recipe for a hangover day: Quick Spaghetti with Sausage that will revive you after a long night

Whether you're hungover or want to eat something quick and tasty without spending too much time in the kitchen, pasta with sausage and hot pepper can be the answer to your cravings. Instead of pepper, a teaspoon of chili powder will help you, and if you want, you can sprinkle the pasta with grated cheese.
Ingredients:
– 2 pairs of sausages for baking
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
– 1 teaspoon of chili powder or 1 hot pepper
– 400 grams of peeled tomatoes in a can
- 300 grams of pasta
Preparation:
Heat the water for the pasta, then when it boils, add the pasta and cook for as long as indicated on the package.
Cut the sausages into larger circles and fry them on all sides and add the chopped onion and the crushed garlic.
When the onion and garlic are soft, mix in the chili or hot pepper (cleaned and chopped), then pour over the peels. After the sauce boils, cook it for another ten minutes to thicken, then add the drained pasta. If desired, sprinkle with cheese and serve.
