Tangerine Muffins Recipe, the trick is in one ingredient
Muffins are the favorite dessert of many, and you can whip up the ingredients for this variant in five minutes, and then all you have to do is sit by the oven while the wonderful smell spreads throughout the house.
The trick is in the yogurt, which gives juiciness to the cake, while the grated lemon zest is there for a special flavor of the muffins.
- 240 grams of flour
- 100 grams of sugar
- XNUMX½XNUMX teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 60 grams of butter
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 egg
– 240 milliliters of thick yogurt
- 2 tangerines
– grated lemon peel
Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.
Melt the butter, let it cool, then add milk, egg and yogurt and mix everything well. Then, while mixing, gradually add the dry ingredients, then mix well until you have smoothed all the lumps.
