A recipe for a "fan" pie with cheese, it will disappear from the table in an hour

Although most will agree that homemade pies with homemade crusts are the most beautiful, not every housewife has time to knead them.

But the charm is when you find a pie recipe that can rival the one made with homemade crusts.
That's why we bring you a recipe for an interesting and quick cheese pie. In addition to being delicious, it is very quick to make.


– 500 g of ready-made pie crusts
- 500 g of small cheese
- 1 cup of yogurt
– a bag of baking powder
- 100 ml of oil
- 4 eggs
- salt


Grease a square tin, then put two spread crusts on the bottom. Then, take the remaining crusts and arrange them in the tray, but fold them like a fan.

Do the same with all the crusts, lining them up next to each other. Beat 3 eggs, oil, yogurt, baking powder and salt, and when you beat everything well, add the cheese, then mix again.

Separate one cup of this mixture and mix with 1 egg to top the pie.

Spoon the resulting mixture evenly between the crusts. Bake it at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve the pie warm.
