Recipe for cream soup that flushes toxins from the body

The ingredients in this soup are full of fiber, and spices like black pepper and chili stimulate the release of toxins from the body. Safe, effective and nutritious at the same time, this soup is an excellent choice for healthy weight loss.

Ingredients:

– 1 large sweet potato
- 3 medium carrots
– 200 g of boiled beans
– 1 small red onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
– 1 teaspoon of ground chili
– 1 small bay leaf
- salt and pepper
- 1,5 liters of bouillon (meat or vegetables)
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil or olive oil as desired

Preparation:

Peel the sweet potato and carrots, wash them and cut them into small cubes. Finely chop the onion and celery and squeeze the garlic.
Heat the olive oil in a deep pan and add the onion. Leave it until it turns a little yellow, then add the garlic, then the celery and leave it for another minute or two. Then add the sweet potato and carrots. Add salt, chili, ground pepper and bay leaf, then pour the broth over everything and leave it on the fire.
Taste the carrots and sweet potatoes and when you notice they need a few more minutes of cooking, add the cooked beans to combine with the rest of the ingredients. After cooking, using a blender, make a cream soup.
