RECIPE | Martina made a Scheherazade cake for us: Start the work week with a perfect dessert
Our team started cooperation with a special, wonderful master in the kitchen - Martina Trajanoska.
The charming Martina is behind the delicious recipes posted on her Instagram profile (martinascooking).
She has been cooking since she was little, and over the years and experience she has learned that the most important ingredient in any dish is love.
Today Martina made us Scheherazade cake - the simplest and easiest cake without baking from just a few ingredients!
For pudding cream:
- 4 sachets of pudding (chocolate)
- 200 g of chocolate
- 250 g butter / margarine
- 1 liter of milk
- 100 g sugar
- 2 packets of biscuits
- 500 g whipped cream
- 800 g of milk

First, boil the pudding according to the instructions on the sachet, add the chocolate to the hot puddings and leave to cool. Then gradually add it to the already whipped butter / margarine at room temperature. Knead with a mixer until you get a nice smooth cream.
