Banana cake is ready in just 20 minutes, without baking, and the secret ingredient is vanilla, which gives it a special, unforgettable taste. Ideal for all occasions, it will delight you with its creamy texture and simple preparation.

Ingredients:

– 1 and 2/3 cups crushed biscuits
- 1/4 cup sugar
– 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
– 1/3 cup of flour
- a pinch of salt
- 2 glasses of milk
– 3 beaten egg yolks
– 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 500 grams of cream cheese at room temperature
– 4 chopped bananas

Preparation:

In a large bowl, add the biscuits and 1/4 cup of sugar and mix well. Add the butter and mix well again, then place in a cake tin and press down.

To make the vanilla custard, whisk together 2/3 cup sugar, flour and salt in a saucepan, then slowly pour in the milk into which you previously whisked the egg yolks to smooth the mixture, then simmer over low heat until thickened.

Then remove the pan from the heat and add the vanilla extract. Beat the cream cheese well until it is smooth and creamy, then add it to the cream and mix well.

Cover the base with a portion of chopped bananas, pour over some of the cream and so on until you have used up everything. The final layer should be cream. You will need about twenty minutes for the preparation itself.

The cake needs to be cooled to be perfect for eating. You can leave it in the fridge for a few hours or even overnight. Serve with chopped bananas and whipped cream.
