RECIPE | Beti Peshovska prepared "Babka": Jewish pastry similar to brioche

- It smells amazing and the most delicious !, says Beti Peshovska, a pharmacist by profession, but a housewife and a half in the kitchen. Betty is a member of the Facebook group Healthy Food MK version and almost every day she delights us with inspiring specialties.
- This juicy delicacy is called "Babka" and is a Jewish pastry similar to brioche, often filled with chocolate or cinnamon. I added hazelnuts, a little chocolate cream and got something you should not miss, explains the pharmacist.

About Dough:
???? = 250 ml
• 3 cups flour
• 170 ml of warm milk
• ½ a glass of butter at room temperature
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1 dry yeast (10 g)
• ½ a teaspoon of cinnamon
• a pinch of salt
For the filling:
• 150 g of dark chocolate
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons chocolate-hazelnut cream
• 50 g of chopped hazelnuts
