Reaction from Sweden to the doctors in the case of Maja Damevska: If you do not know how to prescribe biologically active therapy, it is time to learn how

Blagica Dimeska is a Macedonian who lives and works in Stockholm, Sweden and, encouraged by today's story about the Golgotha of Maja Damevska from Prilep, sent a protest letter through the Macedonian health system, which we are publishing in full.

This is a protest note to the Clinic for Dermatology in Skopje and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Macedonia in support of Maja Damevska Nebrezanec, a patient from Prilep who spent 57 days in Golgotha hospitalized at the above clinic.

Dear,

It is obvious that you are detached from the Hippocratic Oath and the Medical Code of Ethics judging by the statements you made in your defense for "Free Press" after the public appearance in the media by Maja Damevska Nebrezanec.

I am shocked that you have a conscience and virtue to nonchalantly place untruths on behalf of a patient with a rare disease which is the only registered case in Macedonia.

Be ashamed because you did nothing but literally nothing except that after a long wait, requests and urgencies according to the good practice of the Macedonian society that has long since collapsed, you registered the patient in the register of rare diseases, and that was difficult for you.

Were we supposed to urge from Sweden to the cabinet of the minister or is it your duty and that is why you are in office.

Maja Damevska Nebrezanec is my childhood friend and college colleague.

Maja has a university medical degree and is a specialist medical laboratory analyst, which means that she is not a layman but is literate, educated and follows all the world news related to her health condition and it is normal to fight for herself.

Maja did not find information on Facebook or any portal that her autoimmune disease is being treated with a biologically active agent, so she remembered to suggest it to the Dermatology Clinic.

First, Maya received a return email from a clinic in Turkey that Rituximab could improve her current condition and lead to remission.

Secondly, you should know the medicine, and you know it, but the easiest way is to distance yourself from the case by justifying that the medicine is expensive and is not borne by the fund.

Yes, the medicine is expensive, but if the rheumatology clinic has it for its patients, it is difficult for you to get it and in cooperation with your colleagues to learn how to prescribe the medicine and how to prepare the patient in advance.

Should the patient be exposed to expensive treatment abroad when the medicine itself is needed by the Ministry of Health in Macedonia.

Shame on the titles you hold and the positions you hold. For information, there is an association for pemphigus vegetarian with its own volunteer programs, Roche has its own free one-year volunteer program. I wonder if you have ever thought about how to solve a case or is it easiest to use corticosteroids whether the patient is resistant or not? Decortin and done.

Maja has not been ill since yesterday, but from the age of 27, and there have been 15 years of corticosteroid therapy with an exacerbation of the overall clinical picture.

As for information to the public and the media because we are witnessing many patients, adults and children, including Maja who for financial reasons are forced to pray at the doors of the bureaucratic health system, the Dermatology Clinic did not meet the urgency of the Prime Minister Mr. Zoran Zaev or Mrs. Slavica Zaeva who responded to my general call on Facebook through contacts who volunteered to help.

It was initially promised that Maja would be transferred to pulmonology because the already mentioned clinic was preparing for KOVID center, then Maja was transferred to endocrinology in the hope that she would be ready to receive the drug from there, but Maja survived two severe anaphylactic shocks from the same group of antibiotics. different generic composition which is also evident evidence that one does not think what is being done.

For "Free Press" I, Blagica Dimeska, most responsibly claim that the whole article by Maja is correct and true because I spent 57 days with her on messenger and I fully know the case and I committed myself to help her.

In addition, I am sending the answer from Turkey and my appeal for help via Facebook.

With respect,
Blagica Dimeska

Maja Damevska from Prilep: I pus from head to toe and they do not allow me to be treated abroad!
