Debate in the Parliament on the election of Elizabeta Dukovska as a constitutional judge

Today, the 106th session will continue in the Parliament, where the proposal for the election of a judge of the Constitutional Court is on the agenda. Elizabeta Dukovska has been proposed as a new constitutional judge.

Dukovska is proposed to replace judge Vangelina Markudova, whose term expired last year.

The judge from the Court of Appeal Skopje Elizabeta Dukovska was proposed by the member of the Judicial Council Zoran Gerasimoski.

Dukovska graduated from the Faculty of Law in Skopje on October 19, 1987, she passed the bar exam in Skopje on February 15, 1990. She was first elected as a judge in the Basic Court Skopje I - Skopje on March 19, 2004, where she handled cases in the bankruptcy department.

From July 2007, she worked as a bankruptcy judge in the Basic Court Skopje II - Skopje, and on November 19, 2009, she was elected as a judge in the Skopje Court of Appeal, where she deals with cases in the commercial department and is the president of the council.
