Racism at Buckingham Palace, employee quit after offensive comments
Honorary member of staff at Buckingham Palace Susan Hussey resigned after the incident in which she repeatedly asked her Ngozi Fulani, who runs a charity for victims of domestic violence, "whatever country she's from", despite repeating several times that she's British.
Fulani tweeted that on remarking that her organization was headquartered in Hackney, London, SH, who is over 80 years old and holds an honorary position in the royal palace, insisted: “No, no, from which part of Did you come to Africa?".
Mixed feelings about yesterday's visit to Buckingham Palace. 10 minutes after arriving, a member of staff, Lady SH, approached me, moved my hair to see my name badge. The conversation below took place. The rest of the event is a blur.

The incident happened at the reception of Camilla, the wife of King Charles, organized for women who deal with the fight against domestic violence.
Buckingham Palace said it took the incident extremely seriously and had investigated the "unacceptable and deeply regrettable comments, and it is good that the person concerned has resigned".
