The former Secretary General of the Government, Dragi Rashkovski, announced that next week he will file criminal charges against the prosecutors Vilma Ruskovska and Ivana Trajcheva. The reason for this, as he states in his letter to the public, is the concealment and falsification of evidence, as well as the accusation of crimes which, as he claims, are known not to have happened. Rashkovski also announces the submission of a petition to the Council of Public Prosecutors.

Addressing Ruskovska, the former Secretary General of the Government, Draghi Rashkovski claims that with the "Software" case in which he is accused, the prosecutor wanted to cover up her inefficiency and unprofessionalism.

"You wanted to cover your inefficiency and unprofessionalism or selectivity in the fight against crime and corruption with this case, and even before you fell asleep at midnight you wrote to embassies to follow the case carefully. When you invite someone to follow a case, you should know that the Brady Rule was established 60 years ago in the United States, with which prosecutors are obliged to provide the court and the accused with everything they have, regardless of whose benefit it is. For the first time I agree with Ruskovska. And not only do I agree, but I would also be especially glad if all the representatives of foreign institutions in the country with whom we share the same values follow this case, the imperative of which is not only to prove the malicious behavior of the prosecutors and the innocence of the accused, but a greater one the imperative of justice progress. Let's agree that every trial should be held in public, as it is done in advanced legal systems", says Rashkovski in his letter to the public.

Citing articles from international legal acts, Rashkovski tells Ruskovska and Trajcheva that they are obliged to follow Directive 2012/13/EU of the European Parliament and the Council of the EU on the right to information in criminal proceedings adopted in May 2012. He also refers to the Macedonian Law on Criminal Procedure, which he says is even clearer and obliges the public prosecutor to submit all collected evidence, including those that support the accusation, but also those that are in favor of the accused.

"When you call on the European Union to follow the case, you should know that there is no place for your arbitrariness in the law of the European Union. There is no place for you to decide what is evidence and what is not. There is no place for you to decide how you will create a story in front of the public in order to build your own rating", writes the former General Secretary of the Government, Draghi Rashkovski, in his letter to the public.
