Cleared theft in Skopje, the perpetrator admitted the crime
Today, inspectors from EVR-OKR Kisela Voda solved the crime of "theft", punishable under Article 235 of the Criminal Code.
The crime was committed in the time period from 28.01.2022 to 04.02.2023 in an apartment in the area of Kisela Voda, owned by V.C., where her 31-year-old son was staying, from where a large amount of money was taken.
After the measures and activities taken by the police officers, it was established that the perpetrator of the crime is A.C. (23), brother of the injured party, who during an official interview fully admitted the method, motive and time period of committing the crime .
In coordination with the Public Prosecutor, after documenting the case, a criminal complaint will be filed against the person.
