In a speech to the UN General Assembly, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama urged countries that have not yet recognized Kosovo's independence to do so.

He said that "Kosovo's sovereignty is a reality that lasts 13 years and that everyone should accept it. "

It's not an obsession, it's a call to ce recognize the new realities in the heart of Europe, in the Western Balkans, where ce gave birth to a new state with the help of the international community, said Rama.

He expressed the belief that "Serbia will only succeed with caution ce get rid of the burden of the past ”.

Rama also said he supports the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina. "as the only opportunity that will bring mutual recognition of the two countries ".
